4wim Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

By accessing, browsing, or using any service provided by 4wim — whether through the website, the Android or iOS app, or any other digital channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as all other platform policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, do not create an account or use 4wim's services. Continued use of the platform after updates to these Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new versions.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and 4wim. Any questions about a specific clause can be clarified by our support team before you complete registration.

To create a 4wim account, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be an individual residing in Brazil;
• Hold a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal;
• Provide a valid email address and an active mobile number;
• Not appearing on any active self-exclusion list for gambling;
• Must not have had a previous account closed for breach of these Terms.

Registration is for personal use only. Creating accounts on behalf of others, using another person's details, or holding more than one account per CPF is strictly prohibited. 4wim reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the account holder's identity (a process known as KYC — Know Your Customer).

Identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal and may include submitting a photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport), proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and, where applicable, a selfie holding the document. 4wim may temporarily suspend withdrawals until KYC is complete.

The user is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their 4wim account credentials — login, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 4wim strongly recommends using unique, complex passwords and enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings.

Any activity carried out within an account is the account holder's responsibility, except in documented cases of unauthorized access reported immediately to support. If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, change your password immediately and notify 4wim.

4wim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close accounts in the following situations:

• Providing false or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process;
• Opening multiple accounts linked to the same CPF, address, or device;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions;
• User's own request via support.

Account closure at the user's request can be submitted at any time through 4wim support via live chat, WhatsApp, or email. Available real-money balances will be returned to the account holder after identity verification, minus any outstanding contractual obligations. Unreleased bonus balances are cancelled upon closure.

4wim accepts the following payment methods, all processed in BRL with no platform fees:

• Pix — instant deposit, available 24/7;
• Boleto bancário — processed within 2 business days;
• Credit or debit card — real-time processing;
• PicPay — instant transfer via app;
• Mercado Pago — instant transfer via app;
• TED transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes of the request, subject to completed identity verification. Where possible, the withdrawal method must match the method used for the most recent deposit — an anti-fraud measure required by 4wim's internal processes.

4wim does not accept third-party deposits: all deposits must come from a bank account or digital wallet held by the same CPF registered on the account. Deposits identified as coming from a third party will be reversed and the account may be suspended.

4wim offers different types of promotions throughout the year, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free bets, Poker freerolls, and special promotions on commemorative dates. Each promotion has specific conditions published at the time of the offer, but some general principles apply to all:

• Welcome bonus: 100% on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. Valid for Sports Betting, Live Casino, and poker;
• The rollover (wagering requirement) for bonus release is specified in each promotion — generally expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 5x);
• Only bets with minimum odds of 1.50 for sports, and on eligible casino categories specified in the promotion, count toward rollover;
• The rollover period begins on the date the bonus is credited and varies depending on the promotion;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or used on behalf of a third party;
• 4wim reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse or a breach of the terms is suspected.

Users may opt out of a promotion in their account settings. Declining a bonus carries no penalty — deposits are credited in full as real money with no rollover. For users who prefer not to receive automatic bonuses, we recommend disabling the "Receive automatic bonuses" option in settings before making a first deposit.

Sports Betting at 4wim covers football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international competitions), UFC, MMA, NBB, Superliga de Vôlei, e-sports (CBLOL, LBFF Free Fire, CS2, Valorant), tennis, Formula 1, NBA, NFL, and more. The following rules apply to all bets:

• Pre-match bets are accepted until the official start of the event. Bets placed after the start will be voided and the stake returned;
• Live betting are accepted during the event subject to real-time market availability. 4wim may suspend live markets at any time without prior notice;
• Events that are canceled, postponed, or not concluded within 48 hours of the scheduled time will have bets voided and stakes returned, except where the result has already been determined;
• Bets on events where confirmed human interference (match-fixing) has occurred will be cancelled and investigated;
• 4wim reserves the right to limit bet amounts or restrict markets for any event, user, or account without the need to provide justification;
• Obvious errors in odds (such as clearly incorrect prices due to a technical fault) may result in the cancellation of affected bets, with the staked amount refunded;
• Cash out is available on selected pre-game and live bets, as indicated on the platform. The cash out value offered reflects real-time odds at the moment of the request.

The minimum bet at 4wim is R$ 2.00 per event. Parlay bets require a minimum stake of R$ 2.00 and at least 2 selections. Odds are displayed in decimal format.

The casino games available on 4wim — including roulette, blackjack, baccarat, slots, crash games, live dealer games, and poker — are operated under certification from third-party providers with independent RNG (Random Number Generator) auditing. The outcome of each round is determined by a certified random number generator, ensuring that 4wim does not interfere with game results.

Live casino games with a dealer are streamed in real time from specialist studios. 4wim acts as an intermediary for the experience and does not operate the studios directly. The results of these streams are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of the user's subjective perception.

Poker on the platform follows the international rules of Texas Hold'em, Omaha Hi, Omaha Hi-Lo, and Seven Card Stud, as described in the 4wim Poker section. Tournament and freeroll structures and conditions are published in advance. 4wim does not participate as a player at any table — the platform acts solely as the operator of the gaming environment.

• The use of bots, automation software, or any technological aid that provides an unfair advantage is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure;
• Collusion between players at Poker or Live Casino tables is prohibited and subject to the same penalties;
• Minimum and maximum bets per table are shown before each game.

4wim must be used ethically, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable Brazilian law. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful activity under Law 9.613/1998 or other applicable regulations;
• Creating or using fake accounts, using another person's details, or falsifying documents during the verification process;
• Abusing bonuses through hedged bets, collusion, or any technique that constitutes promotional fraud;
• Placing bets in coordination with other users to guarantee an outcome or artificially split tournament prizes;
• Using offensive language, harassing, or threatening other users or 4wim support team members;
• Attempting to access another user's account, systems, or databases without authorization;
• Publicly disclosing internal platform content, such as internal odds, other users' data, or private communications with support.

4wim continuously monitors activity on the platform. Suspicious behavior or identified violations will result in a preventive account suspension, with the account holder notified to provide clarification. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be closed and any retained balance may be used to offset damages or referred to the appropriate authorities where applicable.

4wim is not liable for financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user. Sports Betting and casino games carry a risk of loss, and no financial return is guaranteed. Users bear full responsibility for the bets they place and any resulting financial consequences.

The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. Unplanned outages caused by technical failures, infrastructure issues, or external factors (such as the user's internet provider going down) do not entitle the user to reimbursement for bets in progress, except where the odds or results were unambiguously affected by a technical failure on 4wim's end.

4wim is not responsible for betting decisions based on third-party information, external analysis, tipster picks, or any other content not published directly by the platform. Content in 4wim's Tips section is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

4wim collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018 — LGPD). Data collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively for:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and bets;
• Account-related communications (transactions, promotions, security updates);
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;
• Continuous improvement of services and the user experience.

4wim does not sell, rent, or share users' personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. 4wim believes that Sports Betting and casino games are legitimate forms of entertainment — as long as they are enjoyed responsibly and within healthy limits. The platform offers a set of responsible gambling tools available immediately to all users:

• Deposit limit: configurable by period (daily, weekly, or monthly) in account settings. Once activated, the limit can only be lowered immediately; increases require a 7-day waiting period;
• Loss limit: defines the maximum net loss accepted per period;
• Session limit: limits the maximum daily time spent on the platform;
• Temporary self-exclusion: voluntary suspension for periods ranging from 1 day to 6 months, with reactivation only after the period expires;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure, with no possibility of reversal.

4wim may, at its discretion, impose preventive restrictions on accounts that show behavioral patterns associated with problem gambling — such as bets significantly above the user's historical average or repeated deposit attempts following heavy losses. These measures are protective in nature, not punitive.

4wim may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in services, applicable legislation, industry practices, or internal processes. Material changes will be communicated to the user via their registered email and through an in-platform notification at least 15 days in advance.

The most recent version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If a user does not agree with the proposed changes, they must close their account before the new version's effective date by notifying 4wim support. Any available real-money balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Any disputes arising from use of the platform that cannot be resolved amicably through support shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

4wim commits to responding to any formal complaint within a maximum of 15 calendar days of receipt, in compliance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990) and other applicable regulations.
